Microsoft today described two changes coming to its Forefront product offering.
First and foremost, the organization will quit offering its Forefront UAG (Unified Access Gateway) item on July 1, 2014. Second, its Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) item will proceed to be sold, with the “following significant discharge” planned for the first six months of 2015. Those two progressions were advertised in a Dec. 17 Microsoft server and cloud blog post.
